The 2017 Self Love Workbook is a powerful tool for reflection, transformation, growth and let's admit, journaling can be really fun. I started creating this yearly workbook 4 years ago. I wanted a place to dump all this self-help/personal-growth stuff that was happening in my life. I was working really hard at being a better me and I wanted to put all of these thoughts and feelings into a place where I could continue to work on them and where I could see the transformation happening on paper. I needed to talk about how I felt about my body, how I felt about my mistakes, what was going right in my life and what needed to be changed so that I could take care of my anxiety and depression. Seeing all of these things on paper, flipping through the pages and seeing me and my life was transformational to me. This workbook was the essence of getting my shit together in one big, beautiful, book.
If your goal is to love yourself, this workbook is for you.

The word for the year has been evading me, but having a word for the month or week is totally awesome and much more my speed, as I love to grow and change as it feels right in my soul.
The organizing planner along with the self care reminders is just what I was looking for!
I am seriously loving the yearly planner and workbook!
It really resonated with me and I just know in my bones it will resonate with others as well."

"This planner literally changed my life. Instead of focusing so much on what my various chronic illnesses have done to my body as they continue to ease up thanks to medications and physical therapy, this planner got me to appreciate my broken, malfunctioning, overweight body. For the first time in my 27 years on this earth, I can say that I love myself. Without this planner and the other amazing items this site provides, I'm not so sure I could say that."

The Self-Love Planner has been a terrific tool to keep me on track with my own self-care, enabling me to create boundaries upon my time and energy and focus on what's important to me and my life. Dominee puts a huge amount of time in creating these planners, and it shows. They're colourful and filled with great wisdom and love, just beautiful."
"I used the Self Love Planner throughout 2015 and can not wait to start again in 2016! The SLP has been an incredibly pleasant companion: it allowed me to keep me in touch with myself during the months and keep me in touch with the passage of time! For the first time in my life, I can look back and see clearly what I have done during the year (especially for myself) and to see how many good things fill my life, improving every month and not overwhelm me from mistakes (who they are now masters of life). It accompanies and enriches my daily practice of journaling (and tarot journaling)."
